Frequently asked questions

Dogs need to be up to date on their core vaccinations before their first day. Bring your records with you, or have your vet send them over ahead of time. If you are not sure what you need, call us and we will tell you exactly what to bring.

Requirements vary by age and by dog. Give us a call and we will talk it through with you before you book.

New dogs usually have a short temperament and play evaluation so we can find the right group for them. We will introduce them slowly, watch how they settle, and tell you how the day went at pickup.

We group dogs by size and temperament and supervise play throughout the day. If your dog is happier with a quieter group or with more rest time, we will adjust. If daycare is not the right fit, we will tell you honestly.

Yes. Send it labelled with clear feeding instructions and we will follow them. The same goes for any medication.

Call us as soon as you know. We will make sure your dog is comfortable, and we will let you know if any late-pickup charge applies.

Plans change and dogs have off days. Let us know as early as you can and we will sort it out with you — the cancellation terms shown at booking are the ones that apply.

Yes. Choose the days you want when you book. If you would rather set up a regular weekly schedule, call us and we will get it in the diary.
